This original painting (image size 20"
high x 30" wide) is watermedia on oriental paper.

This painting was inspired by the memory of fields of
wildflowers and endless woods which border the roadsides throughout Texas in the
Springtime.
I painted many
layers of transparent watercolor on Oriental paper which I crinkled to give the
marvelously rich texture. The final flowers were added with opaque watercolor.
I enjoy having
this painting in my own home, but archival Limited Edition Giclée prints are available.
